What is Express Pickup ?

Did you know you can complete your purchase online and pick up your product at our Herndon, VA store. This option is only good for our customers who live or work in Northern Virginia, Washington D.C and Suburban Maryland. Express Pickup is the fastest, cheapest and most convenient way for you to get your purchase.

• Please choose this option only if you intend picking up item physically from our Herndon, VA store located at 474 Elden Street (In K-mart Shopping Center)
• During the checkout please pay normally and choose the Herndon, VA express pick up option.
  
  

• Pay no shipping charges for your purchase
• The flexibility of picking up your purchase at your convenience
• Your purchase is immediately available for pickup after you have completed your purchase online and received your order confirmation page.

What to expect when picking up your purchase
For your protection, ONLY YOU or an AUTHORIZED user for the credit card used to make the purchase may receive this merchandise. Upon arrival at the store, go to the Customer Service Pickup Counter where you will be asked for the following:

• Your Order Number (hand the Sales Person the order confirmation page you printed off the web site after your purchase)
• Proper Photo identification (a state issued ID or Driver's license will do)
• Credit Card used online to make your purchase
• To sign acknowledging receipt of the product
• Please note that due to Virginia sales tax laws we will have to charge sales tax even if you come from outside Virginia, as all pick ups are considered retail sales and hence subject to Virginia sales tax.

We always encourage that you please confirm your pick up by emailing us at info@a2zvacuums.com as it would save you time at pick up time and you can get directions and our hours etc. Our hours of operation are 9AM to 8PM(MON-FRI) 9AM to 7PM(SAT) and 11AM to 6PM(SUN).
